Mississippi Law provides that a parent shall have access to their own child’s medical, dental and school records. This law does not limit the parent to only these records, but includes these. It also does not limit a parent because they may not have physical or legal custody. They still have this Right. 

Know your Rights. Inform and educate your school, medical and other professionals that have these records.
